THE PEOPLE BEHIND ORVUS

AI integration. Marketing. Built for real business.

We are Jakob, Luis and Phillip. Three brothers bringing systems, creative work and growth together in one agency.

Orvus builds practical systems for business growth and operations. We connect strategy with implementation, then keep improving what happens in the real workflow.

OUR STORY

Business experience first.
Agency work built on it.

Before applying our knowledge to clients, we built experience running our own businesses. That work made acquisition, customer service, content and operations connected problems rather than separate departments.

Orvus brings those perspectives together for other businesses. Jakob connects content and paid acquisition. Luis connects AI and operations. Phillip connects search, email and growth. Being brothers gives us a shared starting point; our different areas of work give the agency its range.

Our earlier ventures are part of our experience, not a substitute for Orvus case studies. We keep personal commercial experience separate from agency results and explain what each measurement actually represents.

CUSTOMER-SERVICE SYSTEM

66 %

Of completed work automated

Owner-reported 30-day operational snapshot: 394 automated and 201 manually handled actions. This is not a claim that 66% of entire customer conversations needed no human involvement.

Implementation: 2 months

From incoming ticket to resolved request

The supplied reporting shows 394 items handled automatically and 201 manually, approximately 66% automated. Exceptions remain with the team. This distinction matters: automation should remove repetitive work without hiding the cases that need judgment.

PROJECTS & EXPLORATION

HOW WE WORK

From a business problem to a working system.

  1. 01

    Understand

How does the business make money? Where is time lost? Which systems and people are involved?

  2. 02

    Prioritise

Choose a valuable bottleneck and define the change we will measure.

  3. 03

    Integrate

Connect data, tools, permissions and approvals into a usable process.

  4. 04

    Test in practice

Check real workflows and exceptions before giving the system more responsibility.

  5. 05

    Improve deliberately

Review outcomes, fix failures and let operational evidence guide the next step.
